Warm 'em up

To put my complaints about the winter weather in perspective, I was assigned to write about Operation Security Blanket, a program that sends blankets to our troops in Afghanistan so they can be distributed to orphans trying to survive the incredibly harsh weather. I just learned that blankets and monetary donations are being accepted through March 15. This program benefits everyone involved and is a real morale booster to troops who are witnessing such pain.
